The guest bathroom has a skylight, which brings in gorgeous natural light, but no actual windows. I maximized the light by adding a full-length mirror to one end of the bathroom, as well as an oversized mirror above the sink. Both were purchased at the flea market.

Making a Bright and Inviting Bathroom

The downstairs guest bathroom is the one guests use when we have people over for dinner parties. So it needed to be presentable for dinner party guests while also being practical for a guest staying in our guest bedroom. (Or the occasional garbagefriend who gets too sloppy at the nice dinner party and then has to crash in the condo. And then wakes up to a beautiful bathroom the next day.) Since there's no medicine cabinet, we made sure to create lots of storage below the sink for overnight…
