I was blessed that my loved ones in the Philippines are safe. I wish I had the means to help the victims, but my sincerest gratitude to everyone that has made donations and helped my beloved country in its time of need.
From our country, the Philippines, to yours, we say a BIG THANK YOU for sympathizing with and helping us in your own way (monetary, in kind, voluntary service, prayers, etc.) and giving us hope to start over again and recover from the Typhoon Yolanda/Haiyan calamity! May you be blessed a hundred-fold!
In this aerial photo taken on Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013, and released by the Philippine Air Force, a ferry boat is seen washed inland from a massive storm surge caused by Typhoon Haiyan, in the city of Tacloban, central Philippines. Typhoon Haiyan, one of the strongest storms on record, slammed into six central Philippine islands on Friday leaving a wide swath of destruction and thousands of people dead.
