Stuffed peppers - cook ground beef, boil rice, boil peppers a little. Season ground beef (salt, pepper, garlic powder) put beef & rice together then mix in tomato sauce (or marinara). Stuff pepper with filling - half way add cheese - more filling then more cheese on top towards the end. Add water and gravy in bottom of baking dish. Bake peppers in liquid for 350 degrees until peppers are nice and soft.

Crockpot Zuppa Toscana. Update: excellent recipe! Easy and oh so good. I used 1 more clove of garlic, opted to use fresh Swiss chard from the garden and sprinkled Italian 3 cheese blend to serve. This is a keeper!
