Mushroom-Hummus Soup. This was SO fun and different. I used LOTS of mushrooms, added chicken and wild rice. (One of those wild rice microwaveable packets from Costco). Add HALF a lemon, 1/4 c grape juice concentrate, agave if needed, and 1/2 C sour cream instead of yogurt.
