A Fabergé jewelled silver cigarette case, Moscow, 1899-1908, rounded rectangular, the hinged lid chased and repoussé with a branch of cherry blossoms, the flowers set with oval-cut rubies, also applied with a gold initials SL and a gold grape cluster with enamelled leaves, struck K.Fabergé in Cyrillic beneath the Imperial warrant.

Of rectangular form with rounded corners, the case decorated with shaped lozenges enameled in a translucent powder blue over an engine-turned ground with red and green colored gold paillons of ribbon tied floral swags, the border with scrolls against a gold stippled ground, gilt interior, contained in its original wood fitted box.
