1962. I was 12 and I remember white gloves with Easter dresses, for church, for dances and of course just to play dress-up.

In 1962 ladies wore gloves.my mom always wore nice elegant gloves whenever she left the house. That's just the way it was. A lady was a lady and a man was a gentleman. I still have some of her gloves!
