Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this Mediterranean Revival house was built in 1926 for automotive pioneer Charles Corrigan, who designed and built the first electric vehicle in the U.S. The Corrigan House, as it's known, still retains much of its original charm, including the Corrigan family crest on the front door. A Spanish tile roof, scalloped canvas awnings, iron lanterns, and decorative wrought-iron grilles on the arched front windows add to the appeal.
Located within Bungalow Heaven, this three bedroom, two bath home exudes character and charm. This two-story historic home has been meticulously maintained and cared for over the years. Upon entering the front door, one's eye is struck by the beautiful wood moldings, cabinets & built-ins, the hardwood floors and a Batchelder tile fireplace.
