Coming June 17th, 5pm at the Allentown Brew Works. Makes a perfect #FathersDayGiftIdea Aged for more than a year and brewed with more than 500 pounds of organic coffee beans, molasses and vanilla this imperial coffee stout has a sweet finish, rich in body with essence of raisin, chocolate and fig. The high octane 17% ABV was derived from 400 pounds of brown sugar and an intense amount of chocolate, roasted barley, oats and caramel malts.
Innis & Gunn Rum Cask. I prefer the standard (Scotch) whisky barrel aged version, but still an enjoyable, distinct, refreshing taste. They both have substantial sweetness, but it seems to overpower the woody taste in this one. I wouldn't turn one down if offered though.
