Spiced Chicken Thighs with Garlicky Rice - This was GREAT! I used brown rice instead and it takes a bit more water ( another cup or so) and I just added a couple boullion cubes. I used 10 thighs and had plenty of seasoning, and I left out the cayenne, because of the kids. Next time I'll add a little cayenne!
