Texas ProStart Invitational Competition is January 24 at Hurst Conference Center. A total of 175 culinary and restaurant management students are participating in the competition.

Maryland #ProStart educator Bette Mullins' class prepared for weeks prior to their #clambake lab last week. The students were required to split in teams, determine amount and cost of supplies and come up with a plan. The New Caney High School Culinary Arts Management Team recently attended the 2015 National ProStart Invitational in Anaheim, California and placed fourth out of 41 teams in the nation.
