mississippi mud potatoes 8 to 10 cups dice potatoes 1 C Mayonnaise 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 16 oz diced cheddar cheese 1/2 cup green onions, chopped 1 Pkg Bacon, cut into bits cooked Place potatoes in a 9x13 baking dish. Spoon mayonnaise onto the potatoes evenly, then stir to coat. Stir in green onions and cheese. Sprinkle bacon. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Garlic Butter Broccoli Broccoli ( fresh or thawed from frozen) 20 oz 2 Tablespoons of Butter or Margarine 1 Clove of Garlic Minced Black Pepper Salt Instructions Cook broccoli in salted boiling water till tender ( about 5 minutes) – drain.
