Semi-healthy broccoli cauliflower cheese soup in a crockpot! (Note from Lindsay: made this for work lunches and it was REALLY easy and not-too-shabby for a WW friendly cheese soup. Don't expect Panera-quality, but I would totally make it again.)
Recipe of the Day: Healthified Broccoli Cheddar Soup A big bowl of rich broccoli-cheddar perhaps isn't the most-wholesome soup choice you could make, but this lighter remake sure is. Full of chunky vegetables, the soup has a secret ingredient that keeps it creamy yet light.
16 oz Cheese Whiz 4 cans Cream of Celery Soup 1 quart half and half 4 (10 oz) packs frozen chopped broccoli Combine all four ingredients in a crock pot (at least 6 quart) and cook on low for 5 hours. Stir well and cook on low for an additional hour.
