I’ve been wanting to make these harvest waffles ever since I made these beer waffles. They were so good, I knew I had to make a fall-time version. So while everyone is busy planning the big Thanksgiving menu – I say don’t forget about breakfast!
The Best Waffles Ever! 1/2 cup warm water 2 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast 2 cups whole milk, warmed 1/2 c. butter, melted and cooled slightly 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 2 cups all-purpose flour AND NEXT DAY, BEFORE COOKING 2 large eggs, lightly beaten 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
