Denver-based Healthgrades, which is backed by Vestar Capital Partners, has named Scott Booker as CEO and a member of its board of directors. Booker is succeeding Roger Holstein who will become vice chairman of the Heathgrades' board and return to Vestar Capital as a managing director. Previously, Booker worked at Hotels.com and Stella & Dot. Healthgrades is an online resource of information on doctors and hospitals.
