Blend cottage cheese & eggs on medium for 1 min. or until fully combined. Add 1/2 of the cheese & blend for 10 sec. Fold in the remaining cheese and herbs or spinach. Pour into four ramekins; place on a cookie sheet, bake 40-45 min., until puffy & starting to brown.
