This easy pad see ew is one of my favourite Thai dishes! Gluten-free, vegan, and only takes 15 minutes to make!
Ingredients

• 1 cup Bean sprouts
• 1 cup Chinese broccoli
• 1 Lime
• 1/4 cup Peanuts
• 1 Scallion
Refrigerated
• 8 oz Tofu
Condiments
• 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
• 2 tbsp Soy sauce, light
• 2 tbsp Soy sauce, dark
• 2 tsp Sriracha
Pasta & Grains
• 8 oz Wide rice noodles
Baking & Spices
• 2 tbsp Avocado oil
Liquids
• 1/4 cup Water
