Tui Glen. Treetops playground newly constructed October 2012. The orange concrete pole (left) was once the centre of the 'Ocean Wave' swing built by Claude Brooks. Claude and Gertrude Brookes purchased the Tui Glen site on the banks of the Henderson Creek in 1916 and it operated as NZ's first camping ground, opened in 1925.
