高野豆腐入り筑前煮

【2021/1/6】筑前煮というか、煮物系は得意です。（＾＾）だいたい砂糖と料理酒で最初煮て、ある程度火が通ってから醤油とみりんを入れる・・・という法則があります。隠れて見えないですが、初めて高野豆腐も入れてみました。
