My dad is an avid hunter, and here is his recipe for fried rabbit. Its delicious! Tastes like chicken, only better :) You can use this recipe for any wild game such as squirrel, pheasant, quail, partridge etc. Great for frogs legs too LOL
Barbecue Hare in Mustard Sauce by Hank Shaw. Sweet, spicy, savory. Hare is tougher than rabbit, so after initially grilling it will go in a pot w/sauces and grill on an open flame on low heat for 90 min.
