The base of these truffles are made with just 3 ingredients, which you can serve as is, or jazz up as we did with chocolate dip and a slice of Aero bar for an extra minty flavour. The best part of these truffles is they can be made up to 2 weeks in advance and stored in an airtight container in the fridge. They’re also the perfect after-dinner mint or festive no-bake gift!
