I love EASY crockpot recipes on cold winter days...here is one of my favorites!!!      Hamburger Soup  1 lb ground turkey or 95% lean ground beef1 tbsp olive oil1 can of corn 1 can of diced tomatoes1 can condensed tomato soup, plus 1.5 cans water1 can beef broth (or 1 beef bullion cube dissolved in 2 cups boiling water)1 small onion diced (my kids don't like onions so I used some onion salt for taste)1 tsp minced garlic2 cups wagon wheel pasta (measured dry)- Brown the ground

Use Veggie spiral for Zucchini-put in large bowl with coconut or olive oil...minced garlic and lemon juice...set aside. Put tomato...sliced almonds in 2 tbsp coconut oil and sautee....add shrimp. ..cover and sautee a couple minutes til done....in seperate skillet cover and sautee the zucchini. ..takes seconds...yummy

Outrageous Chicken Nacho Dip!  "  This stuff is amazing!  I always bring home an empty crockpot after a gathering.  I do season the chicken when I cook it and and add some lime juice.  Oh, and I use Penzys Taco Seasong...using the good stuff does make a difference :).  "
