Healthy Dumplings (Jhol Momo)🥟 Dinner/Lunch

2hr 20min · 6 servings INGREDIENTS:- • 2 chicken thighs/1 chicken breast 150g, minced • 1/2 cup chinese cabbage, chopped • 2 spring onions, finely chopped • ½ red onion, finely chopped • ½ cup coriander, chopped • 1 tsp garam masala • 1 tsp cumin powder • 2 tsp vegetable oil • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste • ½ tsp salt ☆ For Jhol • 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted • 1 tbsp peanuts, toasted • ½ tsp sichuan peppercorns, toasted • 2 tbsp neutral oil • 2 tomatoes, diced • 1-2  chillies • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste • ½ cup chopped coriander, handful • 1/4 tsp turmeric • 1/2 tsp chilli powder • ½ tsp salt • 1 tsp sugar • 1.5 - 2 cups chicken broth • 1/2 lemon ☆ For Garnishes: • Coriander • Sesame seeds • Chilli • Chilli oil 🥣 INSTRUCTIONS:-
