• 50 g Knob of ginger, large
• 1/2 sheet Kombu
• 1 handful Mushrooms, dried
• 3 Mushrooms
• 1 Onion, small
• 1 Sweet potato
Refrigerated
• 200 g Tofu, firm or extra firm
Condiments
• 1 Chilli oil or sauce
• 1 tbsp Mirin
• 2 tbsp Red miso paste
• 3 tbsp Soy sauce or tamari
Pasta & Grains
• 1 Noodles, cooked GF

• 2 tbsp Cornflour / cornstarch
• 2 tsp Peppercorns, black
• 1 Sesame seeds
