Spaghetti with Soy Sauce Butter Scallops - made this with gluten-free spaghetti and smaller-sized scallops (which only had to be cooked for a minute or so before adding the soy sauce). Quick, delicious and Jesse-approved...will definitely make again.
Lemon Butter Scallops - I've made this a few times now and it is delicious. If I want it more spicy I coat the scallops in a mix of chili, garlic and onion powders then fry. I have served these on a bed of creamed leeks or cheesy broccoli mash.
