I am writing to let you know about the great service we have received yesterday. – too often people complain about the bad service received that when we receive good service we try to make a note of writing about it! Yesterday we had an issue with our car which meant that it could not be locked at all. We rang and your St Mary’s service dept and they were busy but did put us onto Dave at Keswick who was very helpful.
