Blueberry Crumble: Filling:      4 c. blueberries,      1 T. lemon juice, and      2/3 c. maple syrup (sub stevia?).  Crumble topping:      1/4 t. of cinnamon,      1/8 t. baking soda,      12 hazelnuts or other nut,      1 c. almond flour, 2 T.honey (sub stevia), and  2 T. butter, cold, diced.
