Need to try these! Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers Slice peppers in half vertically, and lay on sides. Add a slice of cheese. Saute strips of roast beef or turkey with onions and mushrooms in a bit of oil...maybe add some garlic... Fill cavity. Top with more cheese and bake at 350 until cheese is lovely (20-25 min) Low Carb.
OMG Chicken - Simply mix 1/2 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese. Spread over chicken breast in a baking dish. Sprinkle Italian bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. OMG
Easy beef tips. These were AWESOME! Wyatt loved them! We used a 1.8 lb rump roast and cut it into small pieces. I added a little extra water, but probably shouldn't have (it didn't need it). Cooked 2 hours 45 minutes. It was insanely moist! Nick and I both loved it. Cooper said he didn't...but ate it ;) -KM
