Last summer an old friend came to our house for the first time. After walking around our small but cozy home, she said to me "your house is decorated so nicely but it's still so comfortable, I'm not afraid to kick my feet up." I felt like that was the greatest compliment I could ever receive!

Natural Design: How To Use Moss for a Simple Summer Tabletop

When I go to visit friends, I love to decorate the dining room for dinner. Actually, I like to do it at home as well - for holidays and stuff like that. This past month, I got up to the Berkshires again for our annual summer visit to our friends that live in an old Shaker Village. This is the table that I did up with moss from the back yard. Enjoy!

People are drawn to non-uniformities of light, like window seats and fireplaces. FORT TOWSON, Okla. (KXII) -- Deputies say 18-year-old Gavin Freeman was killed Friday morning after his younger brother's 13-year-old friend shot him while staying over for the night. Initially it was described as an accident, now the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation said they are investigating the shooting. It happened at 5 a.m. in a home near Main and Cincinnati, as Freeman was playing a video game inside the home.
