Chocolate cravings: raw cacao, hemp, raw local honey, organic unheated almond milk, berries, banana, wheatgrass and flax seeds. Combining banana with flax seeds helps with absorption as does coming berries with raw cacao.
This mornings berries, cream, mint & rhubarb. Pastured grazed cows make this cream taste more complex and texturally creamy, the mint is cooling, berries/rhubarb packed with vitamin C and adding a little Vermont maple sugar is sweet and provides minerals. #yum
lunch salad: roasted yukon and purple tomatoes, fresh shelled peas, aged sheep's milk cheese, tomatoes, bell peppers, cracked pepper and drizzle of olive oil
fresh pasta - keeping it green and springy with dandelion greens, pine nuts, parsley, lemon & sheep's milk cheese finished with a little evoo would also be good with just lemon zest cheese and fresh herbs #yum
