Happy New Year 2013 We all start out with the best of intentions on day 1. We are going to workout, lose 20 lbs, quit smoking, be a better person, etc. Some reach their goals, while others fail miserably. Everyone's ultimate goal is to achieve more satisfaction in their life. Instead of the usual unattainable goals, maybe if we try and follow these rules in life we will find the satisfaction we seek.
We keep coming up in my thoughts about the importance of remaining mindful and conscious as much as possible throughout the day. It is time to release inner and outer noise and develop the clarity within existing structures and systems--or not. We are a place in life where we no longer need to be tied down to any structure or system. Instead we can choose to break free from them and live with the idea that there is no ceiling to how good life can be.
