ONION SOUP MIX POTAOTES - Ingredients: 2 lbs potatoes, cubed 1 packet onion soup mix ⅓ cup olive oil Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 425. Lightly spray 9 × 13 pan with nonstick spray. 2. Toss potatoes with olive oil. Sprinkle onion soup mix, and stir until combined. 3. Place potatoes in pan. 4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally until potatoes are golden brown and tender.
