Quick Baked Peaches. I made these for dessert for the Fourth of July since many in my family are eating clean. It was as fast as cutting a peach in half, adding a little butter, sprinkling cinnamon and brown sugar and baking for 20 min at 375. I left the brown sugar off for those with the strictest diets. I let them cool for 10-15 minutes, they're wonderful warm, less appetizing after they're cold.
