Echinacea 'Kim's Knee High' is a darling little coneflower that we tuck inot small spaces through out our perennial gardens. Kim's Knee High was the first dwarf variety ever developed and is in our opinion still one of the very best. Korean Perilla. Often called 'wild sesame' but not related to sesame seeds. Japanese cultivars are called shiso and have more decorative leaves. Young leaves are good to use for rice wraps instead of lettuce. This can be invasive, so dont let it seed. If you find some on a trail, pick it for eating. Or give to a korean friend! It is expensive to buy at the korean grocery store.
