Strawberry rhubarb crostini 3 cups strawberries, 3 cups rhubarb, 2 cups sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. lemon zest 2 tsp. cinnamon, 2 pks. knox gelatin, 2 tbs flour. roll out a basic pie crust on your pizza stone and place all the yummy strawberry mixture in fold over sides on top of mixture. brush with some egg and sprinkle with a generous amount of sugar and bake at 375 for 45-60 min enjoy with some vanilla ice-cream!!
