Ingredients

Produce

• 6 Carrots, large

• 3 1/2 Garlic clove

• 1 Garlic clove, small

• 2 Lebanese cucumbers

• 1 Lemon cheeks and fennel flowers

• 100 g Long red chillies

• 3 Thyme, sprigs

Refrigerated

• 500 ml Soy milk

Condiments

• 1/4 tsp Carob molasses

• 1 1/4 tbsp Chickpea miso

• 2 1/2 tsp Lemon juice

• 1 Sunflower hummus

Baking & Spices

• 1 tbsp Nutritional yeast flakes

• 1 tbsp Paprika, smoked

• 75 g Plain flour

Oils & Vinegars

• 1 1/4 tbsp Brown rice vinegar

• 1 Canola oil

• 50 ml Olive oil, extra-virgin

• 2 tsp Sherry vinegar

• 9 1/4 tbsp Vegetable oil

Nuts & Seeds

• 1/2 tsp Cumin, ground

• 110 g Sunflower seeds, lightly roasted

Bread & Baked Goods

• 150 g Panko crumbs

Other

• 20 g M glucose

• 1 Large (or 2 small) coriander roots, washed
