Private Harold Norby, 194th Glider Infantry Regiment, 3rd Battalion, 17th Airborne Division, Company K, age 19, died April 28, 1945 in Hamborn, Germany. He saw action in Operation Varsity, which enabled the Allied Forces to cross the Rhine and advance into Germany.  Adolf Hilter committed suicide on April 30, 1945.
