The most important information I learned is that CRT is not the same as multicultural education because its not about divertsy traing but helping students reach deeper levels of understanding. I had always assumed that CRT was only about being inclusive about everyones culture and religion but theres more to it. Its also about noticing, collectivism, using culture as a learning tool and more. It also starts with the teacher and activly retraining ones mindset.
