Raspberry Cheesecake Cookies 125g/ 1 stick butter 90g/ 3oz cream cheese 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup white sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup plain flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 cup white choc chips 1 cup raspberries Preheat oven to 180C/ 350F.
