Inspired by Captain Jack Sparrow's (Johnny Depp) dreadlocks in the "Pirates of the Caribbean" movies. NEW! PIECE OF EIGHT: This is modeled on the Piece of Eight bead strand that Jack wears on the top of the head scarf. Made with high-quality Hemptique hemp cord with knots tied between each bead. This means that in the unlikely event your earring should break, you will not lose all the beads. I created these earrings by tying macrame knots in 10-pound golden brown Hemptique hemp cord. They include small round genuine green jade beads, dark brown wood heishi bead, round red with white spots "skunk" wood bead, white glass bead, acrylic gold-colored and silver-colored colored beads and an antiqued brass-plated pewter Chinese coin charm. The earrings are about 3.5 inches long. KUCHI: This is modeled on the longest bead strand that Jack wears on the left side of his head. Made with high-quality Hemptique hemp cord with knots tied between each bead. This means that in the unlikely event your earring should break, you will not lose all the beads. The strand is adorned with round and oval wood beads, acrylic beads and a silver-plated etched tube bead and a silver-plated sand dollar dangle pendant to resemble the Kuchi bead strand. I created these earrings by attaching dangles to antiqued silver-plated pewter drops. Dangles are made from silver-plated chain and 10-pound golden brown Hemptique hemp cord.
