ECG lead territories

Inferior infarct- Right coronary artery: Leads II, III, aVF. Majority of cases have reciprocal ST-depression in aVL and lead I. Inferior infarct - Left Anterior descending (Widow maker): V1,2,3,4. Usually always reciprocal ST-depression in aVF and lead III. Lateral infarct- Circumflex artery: Lead I, V5, V6
