An authentic, delicious, and relatively easy Vietnamese recipe of spring rolls. Filled with pork, shrimp, rice noodles and veggies, this is a great snack you can prepare ahead of time too!

• 1/2 bunch Chives
• 2 tbsp Garlic
• 1 head Leaf lettuce, green
• 1/2 bunch Mint
• 1 Onion, medium
• 1 Peanuts, ground

• 8 tbsp Hoisin sauce
• 2 tbsp Peanut butter
• 1 Sambal chile paste
Baking & Spices
• 1 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Sugar
Oils & Vinegars
• 2 tbsp Neutral oil

• 1/2 pack Spring roll wrapper, dried
