Getting strong in the gym! Mind you, we started with the basics first and have since progressed to these lifts. To fix the long-standing adductor pain for @kaiwoods.fitcoach we not only focused on strengthening the adductors, but also core strength and glutes. These latter two muscles are responsible for ‘locking down’ the trunk, so it’s secure, and in a stable position to then take load - whether it be in the gym, running, or day to day life.
