I made this for our church group tonight and they turned out good! People were asking for the recipe! One thing though... The amount of Cinnamon filling wasn't enough for me... I doubled the recipe for that part and that seemed to cover the dough better!
It contains only 2 ingredients - bananas and raspberries. The recipe is from the Jill Dupliex book Lighten Up. It is pretty simple. Peel bananas, chop into chunks and freeze overnight. Freeze berries overnight. Next day remove from freezer and leave at room temperature for 20 minutes. Place bananas and raspberries into Thermomix or blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately or freeze in plastic container to serve later. Yum!
