Orderly transitions Sometimes it's hard and awkward to transition from one subject to another, but I think having brain breaks could not only give students a break but a moment to transition into a new subject/lesson. Also, movement will definitely help students be less fidgety during the lesson, which is something I would always appreciate. This is probably something I would use when students are sitting in their seats for a long time.
