Teriyaki Tofu Steaks c: sovegan
1 block of extra-firm tofu, drained and cut into steaks 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp brown sugar 2 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tsp grated ginger 1 tsp garlic, minced Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish Whisk together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic. Place tofu steaks in a shallow dish and pour the sauce over them. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, flipping halfway. Grill or pan-fry the tofu steaks until golden and crispy. Garnish
