I've been following this page for months now and I love all of the inspiration that I get from it. I just wanted to return the favor for everything this page has done for me and help to inspire others by submitting my own progress photo. I started Jamie Eason's LiveFit Trainer on Jan 2nd of this year and have been kickin butt ever since. I actually loved the program so much that I'm doing it a second time now. Eating clean and lifting weights was all it took for my body to transform.
