Our coral table lamp on the kitchen bench top is full of beach vibe and gives a romantic glow if you don't want the ceiling lights on. Our boat builder friend Grainger custom built this piece for us using leftover VJ wood for the sail and a piece of Papuan Red Cedar which he cut to traditional shape for the keel. The two parts were glued to a backing piece of plywood. Placing the key holding hooks is great as it means that the artwork is also functional!
This wall hanging was compiled by an artist for us by attaching some driftwood together. Driftwood for craft work is widely sold however, you need to ensure that solid pieces are used for your project as this material is notorious for crumbling when pressure is applied.
