Hot food trend: gumbo.Use the homecooker with stirrer in place.Temps and times as follows: Step1 at 250 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove everything to plate.Step 2 at 175 deg for 15 minutes (making roux,add stock etc) then add contents of plate and  simmer at 130deg for 20 minutes. Add prawns and parsley and simmer for 5 minutes.
