Paleo Banana Mocha Shake Ingredients     1 frozen banana, sliced     1/2 cup ice cubes     1/2 cup strong coffee**     2 tablespoons cocoa powder     1 tablespoon honey (optional)     1 tablespoon coconut butter (optional)     small splash of vanilla extract (optional)  Instructions: Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
