Meatballs: Sauteed onion, garlic, cayenne chilli and spinach combined with 500gm turkey mince, breadcrumbs, 2 eggs, salt and pepper. 20 mins in oven at 400f (yields 13). Pea mash: In food processor combine cooked peas, fresh mint, butter, salt and pepper. Mock fish: grate potatoes, squeeze out water, dust with flour, mix in salt, pepper and egg. Pan fry.
