They are so delicious.  200g Marshmallows 80g Butter 4 cups Rice Bubbles  In a bowl in a microwave melt marshmellows and butter at 30 second intervals with mixing in between (so it doesn't burn). Combine marshmallow mix with rice bubbles until rice bubbles are completely coated. Spoon out onto tray (lined with baking paper). Flatten with spoon. Chill in fridge for 4 hours. #Meatloaf. Saute diced onion, carrot and celery with garlic, a small amount of tomato and worstershire sauce. Add to 500gm beef mince, 3 Italian sausages, 2 eggs, breadcrumbs, flat leaf parsley, salt and pepper. Combine and bake at 350f for 1hr - 1hr 1/2 or until middle of meatloaf reads 155f.

Last night's dinner was a Pinterest dinner and my family loved it! >> Savoury mince: Peas, onion, worcestershire sauce, chilli powder, sugar, cornstarch, s+p (Pan cooked). Fill oven safe dish, add layer of mozzarella cheese, cover with (thawed) potato gems and bake for 35 min. #dinner
